32. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect board and<br />

care information at the individual level.<br />

33. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect room and<br />

board information at the individual level.<br />

34. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect institutional<br />

care information at the individual level.<br />

35. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect information<br />

regarding fleeing felons, convicted drug felons, suspected drug abuse,<br />

domestic violence, mental health disorders, and parole/probation<br />

violators at the individual level.<br />

36. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect<br />

homelessness information at the individual and case level.<br />

37. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect court<br />

information at the individual level.<br />

38. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect child<br />

placement information at the individual level.<br />

39. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect Vendor<br />

information in order to facilitate the issuance <strong>of</strong> payments to Vendors<br />

on behalf <strong>of</strong> the applicant/participant when appropriate.<br />

40. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect information<br />

regarding an applicant/participant’s authorized representative and/or<br />

payee, which may include an alternate payee.<br />

41. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect information<br />

used to determine if the applicant/participant is eligible to be exempt<br />

from the reduction <strong>of</strong> benefits, as specified by COUNTY.<br />

42. The LRS shall identify special Medi-Cal processing situations,<br />

including Sneede, Retro Medi-Cal, 1931(b), QMB, SLMB, DAPD,<br />

Pickle, Medi-Cal bridging, and STP, and shall ensure that the<br />

necessary information is collected in order to determine eligibility for<br />

these programs.<br />

43. The LRS shall include the ability to establish and change the<br />

association and relationships <strong>of</strong> an applicant/participant with other<br />

individuals.<br />

44. The LRS shall automatically determine reverse relationships.<br />

45. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect information<br />

for the issuance <strong>of</strong> transportation tokens and meals and lodging<br />

vouchers.<br />

46. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect information<br />

to process emergency services.<br />
