2.5.2 Collect Detailed Information.<br />
1. The LRS shall require the collection <strong>of</strong> those LRS Data elements<br />
needed in order to determine eligibility and calculate benefits for<br />
public assistance programs.<br />
2. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect<br />
demographic information at the individual level.<br />
3. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect immigration<br />
status/citizenship information at the individual level.<br />
4. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect all income<br />
information, including earned, unearned, and in-kind income, at the<br />
individual level.<br />
5. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect income<br />
deduction information at the individual level.<br />
6. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect primary<br />
wage earner information at the individual level.<br />
7. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect employment<br />
information at the individual level.<br />
8. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect<br />
disability/incapacity information at the individual level.<br />
9. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect pregnancy<br />
information at the individual level.<br />
10. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect dependent<br />
care information at the individual level.<br />
11. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect absent<br />
parent information at the individual level.<br />
12. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect death<br />
information at the individual level.<br />
13. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect<br />
immunization information at the individual level.<br />
14. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect school<br />
attendance information at the individual level.<br />
15. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect personal<br />
property resources and liquid resources information at the individual<br />
