A COUNTY-specified User will initiate a hostto-host<br />

transaction from an existing LEADER<br />

System workstation in order to open a service<br />

request on the Customer Service Center Call<br />

Tracking System. This system will then initiate<br />

a return confirmation transaction upon<br />

successful initiation <strong>of</strong> a service request, along<br />

with additional information for the purposes <strong>of</strong><br />

populating existing LEADER System case<br />

comments. Send transactions are via host-tohost<br />

and receive transactions are via trickle<br />

feed batch.<br />

The Call Tracking System will follow up the<br />

service request initiation with details to the<br />

existing LEADER System about the service<br />

request, such as service request number,<br />

action requested, and information reported by<br />

the participant to the Customer Service Center<br />

agent during the call for purposes <strong>of</strong> populating<br />

existing LEADERSystem case comments.<br />
