47. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to capture<br />
applicant/participant/caregiver willingness to comply with program<br />
requirements, including fingerprint imaging, work requirements, and<br />
compliance with the Child Support <strong>Services</strong> <strong>Department</strong>.<br />
48. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect compliance,<br />
good cause, and sanction information.<br />
49. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect SSI<br />
information, including SSI application date and status, reconsideration<br />
date and status, and SSI hearing date and status.<br />
50. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect child<br />
welfare trust information, including income type, income sources, and<br />
accrual period.<br />
51. The LRS shall display to COUNTY-specified Users any special<br />
situations or emergent processing, and shall allow the User(s) to add<br />
to, or modify, this information.<br />
52. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to collect all other raw<br />
LRS Data elements needed for all programs and special benefits to be<br />
used in statistical reporting.<br />
53. The LRS shall allow for LRS Data to be collected by COUNTYspecified<br />
non-COUNTY Users on identically appearing LRS Data<br />
collection screens as those presented to COUNTY Users.<br />
54. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to confirm LRS Data<br />
prior to it becoming permanent in a case record.<br />
55. The LRS shall employ a method for moving LRS Data in such a<br />
manner so that the LRS Data does not need to be reentered by<br />
COUNTY-specified Users into the LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware. This<br />
shall apply to all intake, Redetermination, Recertification, Annual<br />
Agreement, and case maintenance activities.<br />
2.5.3 Collect Case Changes.<br />
1. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to add or change<br />
individual and case information that was previously entered, as<br />
specified by COUNTY.<br />
2. The LRS shall provide logical groupings <strong>of</strong> LRS Data elements subject<br />
to changes.<br />
3. The LRS shall, to the maximum extent possible, display case<br />
maintenance LRS Data elements in a format identical to how they are<br />
displayed in the intake LRS Data collection process.<br />
4. The LRS shall track what LRS Data has been changed or added and<br />
shall determine which changed or added LRS Data impacts eligibility.<br />
