• Senior Parent Monthly Income Report (QR73);<br />
• Mid-year Status Report (MC176S);<br />
• Transitional Medi-Cal Quarterly Status Report (MC176TMC);<br />
• Monthly Foster Caregiver Placement Verification form (Foster Care<br />
Voucher); and<br />
• Work participation program and Cal-Learn program reports (e.g.,<br />
progress, attendance, status).<br />
The LRS shall support distributing, receiving, and processing these reports in<br />
compliance with all applicable federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations,<br />
ordinances, guidelines, directives, policies, and procedures.<br />
2.12.1 Issuing the Periodic Report Form.<br />
1. The LRS shall identify and display cases subject to periodic reporting<br />
requirements, by program or combination <strong>of</strong> programs.<br />
2. The LRS shall include the ability to modify the period <strong>of</strong> the periodic<br />
report without reprogramming (e.g., a quarterly report may become<br />
semi-annual and COUNTY-specified Users should be able to change<br />
this time frame from within an LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware screen).<br />
3. The LRS shall generate the appropriate periodic report by program or<br />
combination <strong>of</strong> programs, including the due date for each report, when<br />
required.<br />
4. The LRS shall include the ability to print case and/or individual<br />
variable LRS Data on periodic reports, including income, time limit<br />
information, and income reporting threshold limits.<br />
5. The LRS shall include the ability to distribute periodic reports on<br />
specified mailing dates by program, including monthly, quarterly or<br />
cyclical distributions.<br />
6. The LRS shall include the ability to maintain different mailing dates<br />
and return due dates for the periodic reports by program.<br />
7. The LRS shall issue a single periodic report when the participant<br />
receives both cash and food stamps, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
8. The LRS shall generate periodic reports in the applicant/participant’s<br />
written language if the written language is one <strong>of</strong> the languages that<br />
