8. The LRS shall provide COUNTY-specified Users with a way to view<br />

a listing <strong>of</strong> screens that have been designated as required screens.<br />

9. The LRS shall display which screens in the screen queue have been<br />

completed, which screens are in progress, and which screens have not<br />

been completed.<br />

10. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to move between<br />

screens and enter LRS Data out <strong>of</strong> sequence from the designated<br />

screen queue.<br />

11. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to save collected LRS<br />

Data and interrupt the screen queue whenever necessary.<br />

12. The LRS shall provide a simple method for COUNTY-specified Users<br />

to restore a previously interrupted screen queue.<br />

13. The LRS shall not allow specified case actions for a program to be<br />

completed until all screen queues required for that case action have<br />

been completed.<br />

14. The LRS shall automatically save LRS Data when moving between<br />

screens, as specified by COUNTY.<br />

15. The LRS shall allow for activity for COUNTY-specified User activity<br />

on multiple cases at the same time.<br />

2.1.5 Local Printing.<br />

1. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to print COUNTYspecified<br />

case documents, including:<br />

a. A detailed version <strong>of</strong> the electronic case;<br />

b. A summary version <strong>of</strong> the electronic case;<br />

c. A summary <strong>of</strong> specific components <strong>of</strong> the case, such as household<br />

composition, income, or property; and<br />

d. A summary <strong>of</strong> all actions taken on the case within User-specified<br />

date parameters.<br />

2. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to print screens in<br />

order to provide a copy <strong>of</strong> entered LRS Data.<br />

3. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to print selected<br />

documents from a case record.<br />

4. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to reprint documents<br />

for applicants and/or participants in the same form and format, with<br />

appropriate dates, as when the documents were initially issued to the<br />

applicant or participant via mail or during an <strong>of</strong>fice visit.<br />
