2.26.1 Perform History Maintenance.<br />

1. The LRS shall include the ability, as specified by COUNTY, to<br />

archive all LRS Data within the database, including:<br />

a. Case data;<br />

b. Issuance data;<br />

c. Online policy manuals;<br />

d. Interface data;<br />

e. Client index data; and<br />

f. Security transaction data.<br />

2. The LRS shall include LRS Data archiving criteria that is time-driven<br />

and can be easily maintained and updated by COUNTY-specified<br />

Users.<br />

3. The LRS shall, once a case meets COUNTY-specified criteria for<br />

archiving, have the ability to remove the case from the active database<br />

for efficiency purposes but still store the case in an archive database<br />

that is accessible online.<br />

4. The LRS shall maintain a history <strong>of</strong> eligibility regulations, benefit<br />

computation rules, and related tables, so that retroactive<br />

determinations <strong>of</strong> eligibility and benefit levels can be made by the<br />

LRS for a period <strong>of</strong> time specified by COUNTY.<br />

5. The LRS shall maintain two types <strong>of</strong> cases relative to archive criteria:<br />

a. Non-exception cases – cases that meet all criteria that relate to<br />

LRS Data that shall be archived after a COUNTY-specified period<br />

<strong>of</strong> time; amd<br />

b. Exception cases – cases that have been involved in a specified<br />

action and shall not be archived because <strong>of</strong> that involvement.<br />
