a. Modify screen definitions;<br />
b. Add or modify User-defined fields;<br />
c. Edit field calculations;<br />
d. Edit fields across modules;<br />
e. Define “short cut” names; and<br />
f. Edit field names.<br />
3.3.1.4. Business Rules.<br />
1. The LRS shall manage business rules via a robust business<br />
rules engine or comparable technology that conforms to the<br />
Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) standard, as<br />
specified by COUNTY.<br />
2. The IDE modeling tools shall support a notation that allows<br />
an easily understood presentation <strong>of</strong> the business rules.<br />
3. The LRS framework shall catalog all business objects and<br />
enduring business themes from ready-to-use objects to<br />
objects that are available as templates for constructing new<br />
business objects based on specific and changing operational<br />
scenarios <strong>of</strong> COUNTY.<br />
3.3.1.5. Language Development Environment.<br />
1. The IDE shall include a language development environment<br />
that represents CONTRACTOR-proposed development<br />
language(s). The IDE shall be extensible to other<br />
development languages as required.<br />
2. The LRS programming language development environment<br />
shall include support for the following:<br />
a. Syntax checking;<br />
b. Code analysis;<br />
c. Debug mode; and<br />
d. Reference checking.<br />
3.3.1.6. S<strong>of</strong>tware Configuration Management (SCM).<br />
1. The LRS shall use an industry-standard configuration<br />
management suite to provide tracking and management <strong>of</strong> the<br />
LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware Source Code.<br />
2. The LRS shall ensure that any changes to the LRS<br />
component framework, underlying code or table-driven<br />
