17. The LRS shall include online edits and LRS Data entry validation for<br />
online applications and forms submitted by individuals, caregivers or<br />
families.<br />
18. The LRS shall include real time responses to any LRS Data entry<br />
errors with easily understood error messages.<br />
19. The LRS shall validate all LRS Data entered online with any<br />
previously existing persons or case LRS Data, and alert COUNTYspecified<br />
Users if there is a suspected duplication.<br />
20. The LRS shall allow individuals and families to make parameterdriven<br />
searches for information on community resources, education,<br />
training, public assistance program information, brochures, and<br />
Internet links.<br />
21. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to quickly update<br />
community resources, education, training, public assistance program<br />
information, work participation program information, brochures,<br />
Service Provider schedules, and Internet links.<br />
22. The LRS shall allow individuals and families the ability to complete<br />
yearly Redetermination, Recertification, and Annual Agreement<br />
forms, via a secure and confidential Internet connection.<br />
23. The LRS shall integrate with Web resources for individuals and<br />
families and include hyperlinks for such Web resources, as specified<br />
by COUNTY, including:<br />
a. United States <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> Labor (example, for the Demand<br />
Occupation List);<br />
b. State Employment Development <strong>Department</strong> (EDD) (example, for<br />
looking up CalJOBS);<br />
c. State (example, California Bureau <strong>of</strong> Automotive Repair for<br />
business licensing for Vendor services);<br />
d. Web-based mapping services (e.g., Yahoo! Maps, Google Maps,<br />
and Mapquest); and<br />
e. COUNTY sites.<br />
24. The LRS shall, upon completion <strong>of</strong> an application for benefits, route<br />
the information to the appropriate Local Office Site for processing.<br />
25. The LRS shall allow individuals to report suspected<br />
applicant/participant or employee fraud, and route the suspected fraud<br />
report to the appropriate COUNTY entity for review.<br />
26. The LRS shall allow child care providers to enter time sheet<br />
information, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
