6. The LRS shall include a method for producing a printed record <strong>of</strong><br />
specified case information for external requests.<br />
7. The LRS shall allow inquiry based on combinations <strong>of</strong> search criteria.<br />
8. The LRS shall include the ability to display historical and current<br />
eligibility information for individuals and cases, with the option <strong>of</strong><br />
selecting date ranges specified by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
9. The LRS shall provide COUNTY-specified Users with a case<br />
summary screen displaying the following case LRS Data including:<br />
a. Case name;<br />
b. Case number;<br />
c. Program status;<br />
d. Local Office Site;<br />
e. Case carrying worker information, including name, unit number,<br />
file number, telephone number, and email address;<br />
f. Case carrying supervisor information, including name, unit<br />
number, file number, telephone number, and email address;<br />
g. Information for all individuals on the case, including name, sex,<br />
date <strong>of</strong> birth, SSN, state ID number, state driver’s license number,<br />
CIN, and citizenship/alien status;<br />
h. Income information, resource information, expense information,<br />
disability information and pregnancy information, if applicable;<br />
i. Benefit information, including benefit calculations for all eligible<br />
programs for current month, prior month, and future month; and<br />
j. Links to easily access more detailed case information on any <strong>of</strong> the<br />
above areas.<br />
10. The LRS shall calculate and track a participant's TANF and<br />
CalWORKs time clock information by month, including:<br />
a. Whether or not aid was received and reason;<br />
b. Months that did not count, and the reason they did not count;<br />
c. Total number <strong>of</strong> months counted; and<br />
d. Months that extended aid was received beyond time clock<br />
expiration, and the reason that the aid was extended.<br />
11. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to inquire against<br />
archived LRS Data.<br />
12. The LRS shall display search results ordered by highest match<br />
probability.<br />
