(Performance Requirement Measurements). These reports shall be<br />
available to COUNTY online and in hard copy and electronic formats,<br />
as specified by COUNTY, and shall include:<br />
a. Daily detail and summary;<br />
b. Monthly detail and summary; and<br />
c. One combined monthly report on all performance requirements.<br />
4. The LRS capacity shall be such that the LRS performance<br />
requirements shall be met while LRS performance monitoring tools<br />
are running.<br />
5. The LRS batch processing shall not prevent online access to LRS<br />
during Prime Business Hours and Off Prime Business Hours.<br />
6. The LRS batch processing shall process all transactions entered by<br />
Users up to 9:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on any day to be completed by<br />
6:00 a.m., Pacific Time, the next day.<br />
7. The LRS batch processing shall process all transactions generated by<br />
the LRS during batch processing on any day to be completed by 6:00<br />
a.m., Pacific Time, the next day.<br />
8. The LRS batch processing shall not compete with Peak Usage Hours<br />
online processes for LRS system resources.<br />
9. The LRS batch processing shall not adversely affect LRS availability<br />
and response times, and, shall not degrade online processes.<br />
10. The LRS batch processing cycle shall be monitored through an<br />
automated scheduling package that shall report on both the scheduled<br />
start and stop times for the batch jobs and the actual start and stop<br />
times for the batch jobs.<br />
11. CONTRACTOR shall monitor the batch processing cycle on a<br />
continuous basis and reports <strong>of</strong> any anomalies or missed schedules<br />
shall be provided to COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
12. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that LRS batch processing output<br />
designated for mailing, as specified by COUNTY, is delivered to the<br />
appropriate local United States Postal Service in time to be postmarked<br />
by midnight the same day (e.g., Notices <strong>of</strong> Actions, letters,<br />
forms, redetermination packets).<br />
13. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that LRS batch processing output that is<br />
not designated for mailing, as specified by COUNTY on any day, is<br />
available online or delivered in hard copy no later than 10:00 a.m.,<br />
Pacific Time, following the batch run (e.g., printed or electronic<br />
reports).<br />
