2. The ACTS application shall be browser-based and accessible via the<br />
COUNTY-specified Users’ computing devices.<br />
3. The ACTS application shall assign a unique ACTS-generated number<br />
that can be used to track each M&E Request, each M&E Proposal, and<br />
each M&O Request.<br />
4. The ACTS application shall state the LRS component(s) for which<br />
each M&E Request, each M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request is<br />
being made.<br />
5. The ACTS application shall include a brief description <strong>of</strong> each M&E<br />
Request, each M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
6. The ACTS application shall include the date(s) and levels <strong>of</strong><br />
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR authorizations for each M&E<br />
Request, each M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
7. The ACTS application shall include the date each M&E Request, each<br />
M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request was sent to CONTRACTOR<br />
by COUNTY and the date it was acknowledged as received by<br />
CONTRACTOR.<br />
8. The ACTS application shall include the estimated hours it will take<br />
CONTRACTOR to complete each M&E Request, each M&E<br />
Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
9. The ACTS application shall state the projected target date for<br />
CONTRACTOR to complete each M&E Request, each M&E<br />
Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
10. The ACTS application shall state the individual to whom<br />
CONTRACTOR has assigned each M&E Request, each M&E<br />
Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
11. The ACTS application shall include ongoing updates as to the status <strong>of</strong><br />
each M&E Request, each M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request,<br />
until the request is completed or closed, as determined by COUNTY.<br />
12. The ACTS application shall state any hardware and operating s<strong>of</strong>tware<br />
maintenance activities involved for each M&E Request, each M&E<br />
Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
13. The ACTS application shall include a cost analysis component for<br />
each M&E Proposal.<br />
14. The ACTS application shall include comments and additional<br />
recommendations for each M&E Request, each M&E Proposal, and<br />
each M&O Request.<br />
15. The ACTS application shall include a completion date for each M&E<br />
Request, each M&E Proposal, and each M&O Request.<br />
