4. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to override or reset<br />

Redetermination, Recertification, and/or Annual Agreement due dates,<br />

by case or groups <strong>of</strong> cases.<br />

2.13.2 Tracking.<br />

1. The LRS shall start the Redetermination, Recertification, and/or<br />

Annual Agreement processes on a program-specific, COUNTYspecified<br />

date in the month that is two months before the<br />

Redetermination, Recertification, and/or Annual Agreement due<br />

month.<br />

2. The LRS shall set appointments for cases requiring face-to-face<br />

appointments for the Redetermination, Recertification, and/or Annual<br />

Agreement.<br />

3. The LRS shall generate the appropriate forms to participants at<br />

Redetermination, Recertification and/or Annual Agreement intervals,<br />

including a notice informing the participant <strong>of</strong> his appointment date<br />

and time or the due date for returning the forms.<br />

4. The LRS shall generate a list <strong>of</strong> all verification required for<br />

completion <strong>of</strong> the Redetermination, Recertification, and/or Annual<br />

Agreement forms that are to be mailed to the participant in advance <strong>of</strong><br />

the appointment or due date.<br />

5. The LRS shall generate third party verification requests, as required.<br />

6. The LRS shall locally print all forms that require the participant’s<br />

signature during the face-to-face Redetermination, Recertification,<br />

and/or Annual Agreement process.<br />

7. The LRS shall control for the return <strong>of</strong> all forms issued to the<br />

applicant/participant to complete the Redetermination, Recertification<br />

and/or Annual Agreement process, when a face-to-face interview is<br />

not required.<br />

8. The LRS shall track the timeliness <strong>of</strong> all Redetermination,<br />

Recertification and/or Annual Agreement processes, including the<br />

return <strong>of</strong> forms, participant attendance at scheduled appointments, the<br />

receipt <strong>of</strong> required verifications, issuance <strong>of</strong> the appropriate alerts to<br />

COUNTY-specified Users, and assurance that all required participant<br />

and COUNTY actions are completed, as specified by COUNTY.<br />

9. The LRS shall initiate the termination <strong>of</strong> a case or payment reduction<br />

if the participant/caregiver has not met the Redetermination,<br />

Recertification, and/or Annual Agreement requirements within a<br />

COUNTY-specified period <strong>of</strong> time.<br />

10. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to document the<br />

appropriate good cause criteria and resume benefits, if good cause is<br />
