17. The LRS shall include a method for the reconciliation <strong>of</strong><br />
overpayment/overissuance claim counts, collections, refunds,<br />
receipt/adjustment activity, and claim status changes.<br />
18. The LRS shall maintain and apply rules regarding the sequence <strong>of</strong><br />
overpayment/overissuance claim recovery and when COUNTY can<br />
<strong>of</strong>fset or recover the overpayment/overissuance claim.<br />
19. The LRS shall track and maintain claim recalculations for<br />
overpayments, underpayments, overissuances, and underissuances.<br />
20. The LRS shall allow for retroactive processing <strong>of</strong><br />
overpayment/overissuance claims from prior periods and shall<br />
compute and generate appropriate NOAs.<br />
21. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to search for<br />
overpayment/overissuance claims by various data elements, including<br />
CIN, case number, claim number, placement ID, Vendor ID, and<br />
invoice number.<br />
2.11.3 Collections.<br />
1. The LRS shall record and track multiple collection methods, including:<br />
f. Lump sum payments;<br />
g. Offsets;<br />
h. Installment payments;<br />
i. Cash benefit adjustments and food stamp collections;<br />
j. Claims against other benefits/settlements; and<br />
k. Liens.<br />
2. The LRS shall identify and track recording and posting details,<br />
including:<br />
a. Posting date;<br />
b. Accrual month;<br />
c. Receipt number;<br />
d. TTC account number;<br />
e. Journal voucher number;<br />
f. Recording and posting locations;<br />
g. Invoice number; and<br />
h. Vendor ID.<br />
