5. PROJECT <strong>OF</strong>FICE REQUIREMENTS:<br />

The LRS shall have a Project Office that supports the LRS Project, including<br />

administration, development, testing, performance monitoring, ad hoc training,<br />

and demonstration activities. CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain the<br />

Project Office throughout the term <strong>of</strong> the Agreement. Project Office requirements<br />

include the following:<br />

1. The Project Office shall house CONTRACTOR Project Team, including<br />

Subcontractor staff, and COUNTY Project Team.<br />

2. The Project Office shall be located within the County <strong>of</strong> Los Angeles and<br />

within ten (10) miles <strong>of</strong> the DPSS Administrative Headquarters, located at<br />

12860 Crossroads Parkway South, City <strong>of</strong> Industry, CA 91746, unless<br />

otherwise approved by COUNTY Project Director. CONTRACTOR shall<br />

consider proximity to mass transit when recommending a Project Office<br />

location.<br />

3. CONTRACTOR shall comply with and satisfy all written requests by<br />

COUNTY Project Director from time-to-time during the term <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Agreement to make changes at the Project Office, including changes to <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

space, equipment, and other items provided for COUNTY and others, as<br />

specified in such requests.<br />

4. The Project Office shall comply with COUNTY space planning policies and<br />

requirements, including those regarding <strong>of</strong>fice space, as well all applicable<br />

federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, guidelines,<br />

directives, policies, and procedures regarding facility accessibility.<br />

5. The Project Office shall include security, building maintenance,<br />

housekeeping, <strong>of</strong>fice management, heating, air-conditioning, and on-site<br />

parking for (i) CONTRACTOR Project Team, including Subcontractor staff,<br />

(ii) COUNTY Project Team, (iii) COUNTY’s DPSS Assistant Director for<br />

Contract and Technical <strong>Services</strong>, (iv) COUNTY’s DPSS Systems legacy<br />

support staff, (v) COUNTY’s IV&V Contractor staff, and (vi) other<br />

individuals that may be housed at the Project Office for a period <strong>of</strong> time (e.g.,<br />

visitors, auditor), as approved by COUNTY Project Director.<br />

6. The Project Office shall include ample <strong>of</strong>fice space, as determined by<br />

COUNTY Project Director, for (i) CONTRACTOR Project Team, including<br />

Subcontractor staff, (ii) COUNTY Project Team, (iii) COUNTY’s DPSS<br />

Assistant Director for Contract and Technical <strong>Services</strong>, (iv) COUNTY’s<br />

DPSS Systems legacy support staff, (v) COUNTY’s IV&V Contractor staff,<br />

and (vi) other individuals that may be housed at the Project Office for a period<br />

<strong>of</strong> time (e.g., visitors, auditor), as approved by COUNTY Project Director.<br />
