14. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to view and/or print<br />
work participation program component(s) and Cal-Learn program<br />
component(s) information by participant, component(s), unit, section,<br />
and/or <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
15. The LRS shall provide customized screens for the worker to view, add,<br />
and update a participant’s work participation program plan, work<br />
participation program component, and Cal-Learn program component<br />
information.<br />
16. The LRS shall include the automated selection <strong>of</strong> participants that<br />
meet pre-determined criteria into control and test groups (e.g., past<br />
studies, such as, MDRC Study, Home Call Visitation Pilot Study,<br />
State Cal-Learn Study) with a provision for manual selection or<br />
override <strong>of</strong> an automated selection.<br />
17. The LRS shall include automatic deregistration <strong>of</strong> participants based<br />
on program-specific criteria.<br />
18. The LRS shall include functionality to support child care services, as<br />
specified by COUNTY, including:<br />
a. Child care provider information;<br />
b. Child care performance reports;<br />
c. Alert notices and NOA’s;<br />
d. Tracking <strong>of</strong> activity and authorizations by child and case;<br />
e. Tracking <strong>of</strong> payments issued; and<br />
f. Alternative Payment Program (APP) information.<br />
19. The LRS shall support confidentiality <strong>of</strong> Specialized Supportive<br />
<strong>Services</strong>, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
20. The LRS shall include Web links to sites as specified by COUNTY<br />
including:<br />
a. United States <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> Labor (example, for the Demand<br />
Occupation List);<br />
b. State Employment Development <strong>Department</strong> (EDD) (example, for<br />
looking up CalJOBS);<br />
