preventing those benefit issuance errors. The LRS shall record the identification<br />

<strong>of</strong> cases found to be error prone or high risk.<br />

2.21.1 Error Prone Pr<strong>of</strong>iles.<br />

1. The LRS shall enable COUNTY to establish and easily modify the<br />

parameters <strong>of</strong> an error prone pr<strong>of</strong>ile.<br />

2. The LRS shall flag error prone cases and display the flags for the error<br />

prone cases to COUNTY-specified Users<br />

3. The LRS shall include the ability to identify and track cases identified<br />

by the error prone pr<strong>of</strong>ile.<br />

4. The LRS shall update case error prone pr<strong>of</strong>ile indicators at the point <strong>of</strong><br />

case approval and as case changes occur.<br />

5. The LRS shall include a method for COUNTY-specified Users to<br />

query case error prone pr<strong>of</strong>iles.<br />

6. The LRS shall produce standard and ad hoc reports reflecting error<br />

prone cases. These standard and ad hoc reports shall be available both<br />

on paper and in electronic format (using COUNTY-specified version<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Micros<strong>of</strong>t Office suite format) for further sorting. Criteria for<br />

sorting and selecting shall include error prone pr<strong>of</strong>ile type, worker,<br />

unit, section, <strong>of</strong>fice, division, bureau, or department.<br />

7. The LRS shall remove the flags for error prone cases if LRS Data<br />

changes result in the case and/or a case individual no longer meeting<br />

the error prone pr<strong>of</strong>ile criteria.<br />

2.21.2 High Risk Cases.<br />

1. The LRS shall allow COUNTY to establish the criteria for high risk<br />

tests.<br />

2. The LRS shall flag high risk cases and display high risk flags, apart<br />

from aid type and aid code fields, to COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

3. The LRS shall include the ability to change the criteria for high risk<br />

tests based on criteria input by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

4. The LRS shall identify any case that meets any <strong>of</strong> the criteria for the<br />

high risk tests that have been established by COUNTY.<br />

5. The LRS shall perform high risk tests on individual case members<br />

based on established criteria set by COUNTY.<br />

6. The LRS shall display to COUNTY-specified Users a list <strong>of</strong> identified<br />

high risk factors for a case.<br />
