the relationships between the organizational entities (<strong>of</strong>fice, section, unit, file, and<br />

User) within each Local Office Site.<br />

2.25.1 Personnel Management.<br />

1. The LRS shall include a method for creating and maintaining the<br />

following pr<strong>of</strong>iles:<br />

a. Location pr<strong>of</strong>iles (<strong>of</strong>fice);<br />

b. Section pr<strong>of</strong>iles;<br />

c. Unit pr<strong>of</strong>iles;<br />

d. File pr<strong>of</strong>iles;<br />

e. User pr<strong>of</strong>iles; and<br />

f. Functional job titles.<br />

2. The LRS shall include a method for assigning COUNTY-specified<br />

Users to an <strong>of</strong>fice, section, unit, and file.<br />

3. The LRS shall maintain information on all COUNTY staff and any<br />

appropriate staff from other agencies that access LRS cases and/or<br />

LRS Data.<br />

4. The LRS shall manage the association between COUNTY-specified<br />

Users and cases, files, units, sections, or <strong>of</strong>fices, as well as with other<br />

COUNTY-specified Users, as specified by COUNTY, including<br />

assignment <strong>of</strong> multiple files/workers to a case simultaneously.<br />

5. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to update the location,<br />

section, unit, file, and COUNTY-specified User pr<strong>of</strong>iles.<br />

6. The LRS shall include a method for inactivating or temporarily<br />

suspending a COUNTY-specified User’s status.<br />

7. The LRS shall restrict COUNTY-specified Users to certain cases, as<br />

specified by COUNTY.<br />

8. The LRS shall include a method for specifying a COUNTY-specified<br />

User’s ability to access, view, or modify LRS Data, based on the<br />

User’s functional job title.<br />

9. The LRS shall allow search capabilities by the following criteria:<br />

a. Employee name;<br />

b. Employee number;<br />

c. Functional job title;<br />

d. Office;<br />
