15. The LRS shall allow for the searching <strong>of</strong> transaction logs and<br />
audit trails at any single point in time, or any open-ended<br />
period <strong>of</strong> time. A search involving open-ended periods <strong>of</strong><br />
time shall be limitless in the beginning and end dates <strong>of</strong> the<br />
search.<br />
3.4.1.5. Alert and Notification.<br />
The LRS shall provide automated alerts relative to security and<br />
unusual activity and be capable <strong>of</strong> sending a message to the<br />
security administrator.<br />
1. The LRS shall be capable <strong>of</strong> notifying COUNTY-specified<br />
Users, such as CSOs, when a User’s security pr<strong>of</strong>ile has been<br />
changed a COUNTY-specified number <strong>of</strong> times within a<br />
COUNTY-specified time period.<br />
2. The LRS shall be capable <strong>of</strong> notifying COUNTY-specified<br />
Users, such as CSOs, when a User’s password has been<br />
changed or reset a COUNTY-specified number <strong>of</strong> times<br />
within a COUNTY-specified time period.<br />
3. The LRS shall be capable <strong>of</strong> notifying a COUNTY-specified<br />
User, such as a BCTS Division Chief, when the CSO’s<br />
security pr<strong>of</strong>ile has been modified.<br />
