4. The LRS shall comply with the State <strong>of</strong> California’s<br />
Statewide Automated Welfare System (SAWS)<br />
Information Security Guidelines, including the guidelines<br />
as revised July 1999, and any addendums and other<br />
revisions there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
5. The LRS shall comply with all COUNTY information<br />
technology and security policies, including Los Angeles<br />
County Board <strong>of</strong> Supervisors Policy Manual, Policy #6.100<br />
et seq., effective July 13, 2004, and any addendums and<br />
other revisions there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
6. The LRS shall comply with all COUNTY Internal <strong>Services</strong><br />
<strong>Department</strong> (ISD) security policies, including:<br />
a. Desktop Computer Security, effective November 3,<br />
1997, and any addendums and other revisions there<strong>of</strong>;<br />
b. Dial-up Computer Access, effective February 17, 1999,<br />
and any addendums and other revisions there<strong>of</strong>;<br />
c. Information Assets Protection - Data Security, effective<br />
May 20, 1999, and any addendums and other revisions<br />
there<strong>of</strong>; and<br />
d. Extranet IT Security Policy, and any addendums and<br />
other revisions there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
7. The LRS shall comply with accessibility and readability<br />
standards and guidelines, and any addendums and other<br />
revisions there<strong>of</strong>, including:<br />
a. Section 508 <strong>of</strong> the Rehabilitation Act <strong>of</strong> 1973, as newly<br />
enacted in 1998; and<br />
b. Priority 1 and 2 level checkpoints <strong>of</strong> the Web Content<br />
Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG 1.0 “AA”<br />
Conformance Level) developed by the W3C.<br />
8. The LRS shall comply with all applicable federal, State,<br />
and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, guidelines,<br />
directives, policies, and procedures, and any addendums<br />
and other revisions there<strong>of</strong>, including:<br />
a. Electronic Signatures in Global and National<br />
Commerce Act (E-SIGN), at 15 U.S.C. Section 7001 et<br />
seq.;<br />
