12. The LRS shall support the backup <strong>of</strong> reports on industry standard<br />

media that can be used to reprint each report or a portion <strong>of</strong> a report.<br />

2.24.2 Produce Reports.<br />

1. The LRS shall produce reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,<br />

semi-annually, annually, and as needed, as specified by COUNTY.<br />

2. The LRS shall produce reports that provide the detail LRS Data that<br />

will be used to complete the reports required by federal, State, and<br />

local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, directives,<br />

policies, and procedures.<br />

3. The LRS shall maintain all report types and distribution lists which<br />

can easily be updated or modified by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

4. The LRS shall produce several types <strong>of</strong> reports which support all<br />

levels <strong>of</strong> staff in managing their particular workloads, including<br />

management reports, State level reports, and ad hoc reports.<br />

5. The LRS shall include the ability to generate a cover sheet for each<br />

report that provides report definitions and descriptions.<br />

6. The LRS shall provide a case status report, utilizing a standardized<br />

format, including all relevant case status information for a case, as<br />

specified by COUNTY, preferably on one page.<br />

7. The LRS shall include the ability to generate automatic case status<br />

reports for the participant.<br />

8. The LRS shall include the ability to generate parameter-driven reports,<br />

including:<br />

a. Fraud reports;<br />

b. Hearing reports;<br />

c. Financial reports;<br />

d. Federal and State claiming reports;<br />

e. Caseload Activity Report (CAR);<br />

f. Personnel management reports;<br />

g. Security reports;<br />

h. Benefit authorization reports;<br />

i. Issuance reports;<br />

j. Collection reports;<br />

k. QC reports;<br />

l. Mass update reports;<br />
