j. Ability to track by census tract, Supervisorial District,<br />
SPA, and other geographic areas, as specified by<br />
COUNTY.<br />
25. The LRS shall be able to generate reports, processed, or raw<br />
LRS Data, in multiple output formats (e.g., HTML, XML,<br />
ASCII, .dbf, PDF, spreadsheet, comma delimited) and to a<br />
selection <strong>of</strong> media (e.g., online, hard copy, CD-ROM, DVD).<br />
26. The LRS shall be able to generate standard forms populated<br />
with LRS Data in the reporting environment database without<br />
depending on extensive customization.<br />
27. The LRS shall include the ability to generate routine reports<br />
in a prescribed format, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
28. The LRS shall print the COUNTY logo on demand to<br />
eliminate the need for pre-printed forms (OLE-capable).<br />
29. The LRS shall include the ability to create summary reports<br />
or online screens with User-requested information.<br />
30. The LRS shall include the ability to develop, generate, and<br />
save statistical reports.<br />
31. The LRS shall include the ability to generate trend analysis<br />
across historical LRS Data.<br />
32. The LRS shall include a mechanism in which future trends,<br />
based on historical LRS Data, can be forecast by the use <strong>of</strong><br />
statistical or analytical data tools.<br />
33. The LRS shall include the capability for “what if” reporting<br />
analysis.<br />
34. The LRS shall include the ability to randomly extract LRS<br />
Data for statistical purposes, testing, or other reporting<br />
activities, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
35. The LRS shall include the ability to convey statistical<br />
information via graphical means (e.g., charts, graphs, and<br />
other graphical representations).<br />
36. The LRS shall include extensive “drill down” capabilities to<br />
view components <strong>of</strong> summary reports.<br />
37. The LRS shall support automated or User-specified<br />
generation <strong>of</strong> activity or inactivity reports.<br />
38. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to download<br />
and save reports to the User’s workstation or laptop.<br />
39. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users the option <strong>of</strong><br />
viewing reports and/or printing them as needed.<br />
