82. The LRS shall provide a seamless access from online LRS Data to<br />
archived LRS Data.<br />
83. The LRS shall provide a method so that archived data for a specific<br />
case or set <strong>of</strong> cases, including individuals, can be retrieved to the<br />
online LRS database, such that ED/BC can be run for any period in the<br />
archive history within one working day.<br />
84. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall be consistent with the<br />
strategies and methods for archiving, accessing, and retrieving LRS<br />
Data as described in Subsection 2.26 (History Maintenance) <strong>of</strong> this<br />
Attachment B.<br />
85. The LRS archiving process shall not interrupt DPSS Systems business<br />
activities, DCFS Systems business activities, or LRS business<br />
activities.<br />
3.8.2 CONVERSION AND ARCHIVING PLAN.<br />
The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include documentation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
approach for conversion which satisfies all <strong>of</strong> the requirements for<br />
conversion. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include the<br />
following:<br />
1. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include a detailed analysis<br />
and mapping <strong>of</strong> the DPSS Systems data, DCFS Systems data, and<br />
other legacy data structures and the data conversion rules for each.<br />
2. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall define the origin <strong>of</strong> each<br />
DPSS Systems data element, DCFS Systems data element, and other<br />
legacy data element, conversion rules, and how default values are<br />
calculated when appropriate.<br />
3. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall identify any potential data<br />
conversion problems.<br />
4. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include an automated<br />
method <strong>of</strong> interfacing with the DPSS Systems, DCFS Systems, and<br />
other legacy systems in an iterative process in order to correct any<br />
identified data conversion problems.<br />
5. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include a list <strong>of</strong> data sources,<br />
files, and tables being converted.<br />
6. The Conversion and Archiving Plan shall include a cross reference <strong>of</strong><br />
DPSS Systems, DCFS Systems, other legacy systems, and interface<br />
data elements to LRS Data elements.<br />
