13. The LRS shall include a method for COUNTY to designate specific<br />

criteria for a Local Office Site to receive cases from other Local Office<br />

Site(s), including:<br />

a. Target caseloads to be reached in the specified Local Office Site;<br />

b. What Local Office Site(s) will be transferring cases to the target<br />

Local Office Site;<br />

c. The type(s) <strong>of</strong> case that can be transferred to the target Local<br />

Office Site; and<br />

d. LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware screens that contain the above<br />

information in order to support periodic adjustments by COUNTYspecified<br />

Users.<br />

14. The LRS shall prevent a transfer <strong>of</strong> cases when COUNTY-specified<br />

criteria have not been met.<br />

2.7.3 Mass Transfers.<br />

1. The LRS shall include an efficient method to mass transfer cases from<br />

one worker to another, or to disperse a single file to multiple workers.<br />

2. The LRS shall allow a mass transfer <strong>of</strong> cases from one worker to<br />

another, or the dispersal <strong>of</strong> a file to multiple workers, to be conducted<br />

as a single transaction from COUNTY-specified Users, based on<br />

criteria entered to a screen as specified by COUNTY.<br />

3. The LRS shall allow a mass transfer <strong>of</strong> cases from one Local Office<br />

Site to one or more Local Office Sites.<br />

4. The LRS shall record and track mass transfers.<br />

5. The LRS shall include the ability to perform a mass transfer <strong>of</strong> an<br />

unlimited number <strong>of</strong> cases.<br />

6. The LRS shall allow for the selection <strong>of</strong> mass transfer criteria.<br />

7. The LRS shall generate transfer slips in a mass transfer.<br />

8. The LRS shall prohibit COUNTY-specified Users from mass<br />

transferring cases that do not belong to their respective Local Office<br />

Site.<br />

9. The LRS shall include a method for COUNTY to designate specific<br />

criteria for a Local Office Site to receive a large movement <strong>of</strong> cases<br />

from other Local Office Site(s) through a mass transfer, including:<br />

a. Target caseloads to be reached in the specified Local Office Site;<br />

b. What Local Office Site(s) will be transferring cases to the target<br />

Local Office Site;<br />

c. The type(s) <strong>of</strong> case that can be transferred to the target Local<br />

Office Site; and<br />
