h. Links to COUNTY intranet websites;<br />

i. Links to community resources and other related Internet websites;<br />

and<br />

j. Summary counts available to supervisors for all links above where<br />

counts are indicated. Higher level managers within the chain <strong>of</strong><br />

command, as outlined by COUNTY, shall also have summary<br />

counts progressing in the COUNTY hierarchy such that managers<br />

and supervisors can monitor activities <strong>of</strong> subordinates.<br />

2. The LRS shall include automated or guided processes that will enable<br />

a COUNTY-specified User to easily enter required information and<br />

guide the User through the appropriate screens based on the input <strong>of</strong><br />

LRS Data for processes, including:<br />

a. Application evaluation;<br />

b. Intake;<br />

c. Case maintenance, including:<br />

i. New employment and income;<br />

ii. Income change;<br />

iii. Add an individual;<br />

iv. Delete an individual;<br />

v. Address change; and<br />

vi. Placement change;<br />

d. Redetermination, Recertification, or Annual Agreement; and<br />

e. Authorization.<br />

3. The LRS shall allow the COUNTY-specified User to navigate through<br />

the LRS Data collection screens with minimal disruption to the natural<br />

flow <strong>of</strong> information.<br />

4. The LRS shall visually identify mandatory fields on each screen, as<br />

appropriate.<br />

5. The LRS shall be able to queue prior screens and previously nonmandatory<br />

LRS Data entry fields and change an LRS Data entry field<br />

from non-mandatory to mandatory, if LRS Data entry on any<br />

subsequent screen is determined to be mandatory.<br />

6. The LRS shall include interactive questions that branch to appropriate<br />

next questions based on previous sets <strong>of</strong> responses and other existing<br />

LRS Data.<br />

7. The LRS shall re-evaluate the screen queue for the case each time LRS<br />

Data is changed or new LRS Data is entered.<br />
