8. The Project Office shall support a minimum <strong>of</strong> two hundred fifty (250)<br />
individuals for COUNTY and shall support a minimum <strong>of</strong> one hundred fifty<br />
(150) individuals for CONTRACTOR.<br />
9. The Project Office shall include private and secure (e.g., ability to lock <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
doors) individual <strong>of</strong>fices for (i) COUNTY Project Team managers, as<br />
specified by COUNTY Project Director, (ii) COUNTY’s DPSS Assistant<br />
Director for Contract and Technical <strong>Services</strong>, (iii) COUNTY’s IV&V<br />
Contractor project manager, and (iv) other persons, as determined by<br />
COUNTY Project Director. The size <strong>of</strong> the individual <strong>of</strong>fices for such persons<br />
shall be equal to or larger than the size <strong>of</strong> the individual <strong>of</strong>fices for<br />
CONTRACTOR Project Team members.<br />
10. The Project Office shall include ergonomic locking desks, chairs, locking file<br />
cabinets, <strong>of</strong>fice supplies, and other <strong>of</strong>fice equipment, as appropriate.<br />
11. The Project Office shall include at least five (5) conference rooms:<br />
a. At lease three (3) conference rooms shall be large enough to support<br />
COUNTY or CONTRACTOR interviews and meetings for up to fifty (50)<br />
individuals.<br />
b. At least one (1) conference room shall be provided that is large enough to<br />
accommodate meetings for at least one hundred (100) individuals.<br />
c. At least one (1) conference room shall be dedicated solely for COUNTY<br />
purposes, shall be located in COUNTY’s administrative area <strong>of</strong> the Project<br />
Office, and shall be large enough to accommodate up to twenty-five (25)<br />
individuals.<br />
d. All conference rooms shall include appropriate furniture and equipment,<br />
including large digital touch-screen displays, ceiling mounted digital<br />
projectors, teleconferencing capabilities, video conferencing capabilities,<br />
conference phones, wireless access points, and floor-mounted power<br />
receptacles and data drops, including high-speed Internet access.<br />
e. An electronic process (e.g., Micros<strong>of</strong>t Exchange calendaring service) for<br />
COUNTY-specified staff and CONTRACTOR staff to schedule and<br />
reserve conference rooms shall be implemented and maintained.<br />
11. The Project Office shall include sufficient CONTRACTOR clerical support<br />
staff to perform duties, including reception, photocopying, distribution<br />
services, and mail room services, for the hours from 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.,<br />
Pacific Time.<br />
12. The Project Office shall include workstations, laptops, telephones with<br />
speaker phone capabilities, long distance access, and voice mail, printers, fax<br />
machines with measured business lines, scanners, copiers, and shredders (or a<br />
shredding service with secure containers) for COUNTY Project Team and<br />
other individuals, as determined by COUNTY Project Director, and<br />
CONTRACTOR Project Team for the term <strong>of</strong> the Agreement. COUNTY’s<br />
