13. The LRS shall fully support the redaction <strong>of</strong> critical identity or<br />
sensitive identifying LRS Data on a “need to know” basis based on job<br />
function and access pr<strong>of</strong>ile, as specified by COUNTY. For example,<br />
some COUNTY-specified Users will see a redacted SSN consisting <strong>of</strong><br />
the last four (4) SSN digits only, while other COUNTY-specified<br />
Users will see all nine (9) digits <strong>of</strong> the SSN.<br />
2.14.2 Inquire on Individual Participation History.<br />
1. The LRS shall display a summary <strong>of</strong> the applicant/participant’s history<br />
<strong>of</strong> participation in all assistance programs and shall display family<br />
groupings in which the applicant/participant was or is active.<br />
2. The LRS shall include an inquiry process that supports the display <strong>of</strong><br />
summary case and individual LRS Data for case members and allows<br />
drill down to detailed case and individual LRS Data.<br />
3. The LRS shall display a participant's TANF and CalWORKs time<br />
clock information, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
4. The LRS shall display a participant’s GR time clock information, as<br />
specified by COUNTY.<br />
2.14.3 Inquire on Benefit History.<br />
1. The LRS shall support inquiry by fields or combinations <strong>of</strong> fields<br />
specified as search criteria and shall display all benefits.<br />
2. The LRS shall display benefit issuance LRS Data, including:<br />
a. Case information;<br />
b. Payee information;<br />
c. Issuance information;<br />
d. Payment information;<br />
e. EBT information;<br />
f. Bank information;<br />
g. Warrant information ;<br />
h. Authorization information;<br />
i. Claim and benefit recovery information; and<br />
j. Document ID number.<br />
3. The LRS shall link the benefit issuance to the detailed calculation <strong>of</strong><br />
the benefit amount issued and shall include an easy path for displaying<br />
the information to COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
