number <strong>of</strong> transactions in the Transaction Sample that exceeded two<br />

(2) seconds (e.g., moving from one screen and viewing data, with or<br />

without data update, to another screen).<br />

5. Daily Batch Production Jobs Completion: The LRS shall have ninetyeight<br />

percent (98%) <strong>of</strong> the daily batch production jobs completed by<br />

6:00 a.m., Pacific Time, the next day. The daily batch production jobs<br />

completion percentage shall be determined in accordance with the<br />

following formula: Daily Batch Production Jobs Completion % = 100<br />

X ((A – B) / A); A = the number <strong>of</strong> normal daily batch production jobs<br />

scheduled; B = the number <strong>of</strong> normal daily batch production jobs that<br />

failed to successfully complete on time. The normal daily batch<br />

production jobs list and schedule and any modification there<strong>of</strong> shall<br />

require the approval <strong>of</strong> COUNTY Project Director.<br />

6. Monthly Off Prime Business Hours Availability: The LRS shall be<br />

available for all online functions for all Users ninety-eight percent<br />

(98%) <strong>of</strong> the time during Off Prime Business Hours each calendar<br />

month. The percentage <strong>of</strong> availability shall be determined in<br />

accordance with the following formula: Availability % = 100 X ((A –<br />

B) / A); A = the measurement period which is Off Prime Business<br />

Hours for each day in the calendar month expressed in minutes; B =<br />

the number <strong>of</strong> the minutes in the measurement period that the LRS<br />

production environment, or any other environment that supports the<br />

production environment, is not available (e.g., simulation or e-<br />

Learning functions may be supported from an environment other than<br />

production).<br />

7. Daily Off Prime Business Hours ED/BC Response Time: The LRS<br />

shall have a response time for ninety-five percent (95%) <strong>of</strong> ED/BC<br />

transactions <strong>of</strong> five (5) seconds or less during Off Prime Business<br />

Hours each day. The response time shall be determined by<br />

transactional sample methodology. Each ED/BC transaction shall be<br />

up to four (4) months <strong>of</strong> eligibility calculations, and each additional<br />

four (4) months (or less than four (4) months for the final transaction)<br />

<strong>of</strong> eligibility calculations shall be a separate ED/BC transaction. The<br />

Transaction Response Time percentage shall be determined in<br />

accordance with the following formula: Transaction Response Time<br />

% = 100 X ((A – B) / A); A = the number <strong>of</strong> the transactions in the<br />

Transaction Sample; B = the number <strong>of</strong> transactions in the Transaction<br />

Sample that exceeded five (5) seconds (e.g., an eleven (11) month<br />

ED/BC eligibility calculation would count as three (3) ED/BC<br />

transactions).<br />
