6. The LRS shall not archive COUNTY-specified exception cases,<br />

including:<br />

a. Audit or survey activities;<br />

b. Involved in fraud investigations;<br />

c. Court actions;<br />

d. Child support activities; and<br />

e. Collection activities.<br />

7. The LRS shall identify, retrieve, and move to production archived LRS<br />

Data that meet COUNTY-specified exception case criteria.<br />

8. The LRS shall identify those cases which have criteria that make them<br />

exceptions to archive.<br />

9. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to override archive<br />

criteria.<br />

10. The LRS shall include the ability to retain the information necessary to<br />

determine lifetime assistance for an individual.<br />

2.26.2 Archive LRS Data.<br />

1. The LRS shall include the ability to access cases from archive storage<br />

within twenty-four (24) hours from the time <strong>of</strong> request.<br />

2. The LRS shall retrieve archive and historical LRS Data in a format<br />

that can be used with the current LRS Data in the production<br />

environment.<br />

3. The LRS shall store all benefit, case notes, documentation <strong>of</strong> actions,<br />

budget, and issuance history, online for a period <strong>of</strong> time specified by<br />

COUNTY, after which such LRS Data should be transferred to an<br />

alternative storage solution which can be accessed for retrieval if it<br />

becomes necessary.<br />

4. The LRS shall include an alternative storage solution that is designed<br />

for indefinite storage.<br />

5. The LRS shall include retention periods that can be easily maintained<br />

and modified by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

6. The LRS shall include the ability to reconstruct a case and issue the<br />

appropriate benefits based on the rules and regulations in effect at any<br />

specified point-in-time.<br />

7. The LRS shall not archive any case and/or individual LRS Data that is<br />

currently active or whose status meets any <strong>of</strong> the exceptions.<br />

8. The LRS shall clearly identify archived cases and/or individual LRS<br />

Data to COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
