6. The LRS shall generate browser-based security reports that<br />
are viewable, sortable, and printable.<br />
7. The LRS shall not permit any modification to audit trail data.<br />
8. The LRS shall make available audit trails for online inquiry<br />
for up to twelve (12) months after the last auditable action on<br />
a case or case individual.<br />
9. The LRS shall include provisions for the retrieval <strong>of</strong> audit<br />
trails after twelve (12) months from the last activity on a case<br />
or case individual, which may include the storing <strong>of</strong> audit<br />
trail data on machine-readable media.<br />
10. The LRS shall include the ability for CSOs to access all<br />
security audit logs.<br />
11. The LRS shall include logging <strong>of</strong> all transactions by date,<br />
time, workstation or laptop ID, MAC address, User ID, User<br />
name, and transaction performed.<br />
12. The LRS shall include User ID tracking through all levels <strong>of</strong><br />
the LRS.<br />
13. The LRS shall make available audit trails to trace User and<br />
LRS-initiated actions for all case update and inquiry<br />
transactions.<br />
14. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to search<br />
transaction logs with parameters that include:<br />
a. User’s full name;<br />
b. User’s first name;<br />
c. User’s last name;<br />
d. Employee number;<br />
e. User ID;<br />
f. User security pr<strong>of</strong>ile;<br />
g. User functional job title;<br />
h. Workstation or laptop ID;<br />
i. Applicant/participant’s full name;<br />
j. Applicant/participant’s first name;<br />
k. Applicant/participant's last name;<br />
l. Case name;<br />
m. Case number;<br />
