8. The LRS shall include a method for COUNTY-specified Users to add<br />

or modify e-Learning modules to the LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware<br />

without technical or CONTRACTOR assistance.<br />

9. The LRS shall be able to accommodate an unlimited number <strong>of</strong> LRS e-<br />

Learning modules.<br />

10. The LRS shall seamlessly incorporate the LRS e-Learning modules,<br />

controls, and automated testing into the LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware.<br />

11. The LRS shall include LRS e-Learning screens that are significantly<br />

different from production screens, so that COUNTY-specified Users at<br />

the workstation or laptop or a supervisor passing by can clearly see<br />

that the User is working on an LRS e-Learning training module (e.g., a<br />

colored frame around the screen that is different from production<br />

screens).<br />

12. The LRS e-Learning modules shall use the LRS training environment.<br />

13. The LRS e-Learning modules shall include safeguards against<br />

unauthorized modifications.<br />

14. The LRS e-Learning modules shall not limit COUNTY’s ability to use<br />

text, graphic, and image sources from outside <strong>of</strong> the LRS e-Learning<br />

modules.<br />

15. The LRS e-Learning modules shall be sophisticated in structure and<br />

features, including:<br />

a. Can be built from “recording” actual LRS sessions;<br />

b. Completely modifiable after capture for adding messages, call out<br />

boxes, and additional graphics and images on the screens;<br />

c. Multi-screen display at the same time; and<br />

d. Can have questions and resulting answers that branch to different<br />

procedures and rewind the training module to break points if an<br />

error is made by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

16. The LRS e-Learning modules shall include automated online testing<br />

that is recorded, centrally stored, and controlled by COUNTYspecified<br />

Users.<br />

17. The LRS e-Learning module testing results shall be viewable by Local<br />

Office Site managers and supervisors.<br />

18. The LRS e-Learning modules shall provide centrally-located<br />

COUNTY-specified Users the ability to control and record a<br />

COUNTY-specified User or group <strong>of</strong> COUNTY-specified Users who<br />

are assigned to use a new e-Learning module or refresh training using<br />

an established LRS e-Learning module.<br />
