support e-Government type changes, advocacy partners, and participant selfreporting<br />

via Internet and LAnet/EN sources. The online LRS Data collection<br />

methodology for maintaining a case shall be similar to that developed for the<br />

intake process.<br />

2.5.1 Intake.<br />

1. The LRS shall bring forward all LRS Data collected in the application<br />

evaluation pre-screening process to the intake process, in order to be<br />

reviewed and validated by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />

2. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to modify and/or add<br />

any LRS Data that was previously entered in the application evaluation<br />

process.<br />

3. The LRS shall require the collection <strong>of</strong> raw data during each applicant<br />

interactive session, and shall evaluate LRS Data for the following:<br />

a. Non-financial;<br />

b. Resources;<br />

c. Income;<br />

d. Emergency processing; and<br />

e. End-<strong>of</strong>-session processing.<br />

4. The LRS shall, at any time requested by COUNTY-specified Users,<br />

display a listing <strong>of</strong> the LRS Data that the LRS has determined is<br />

required for the case, including which LRS Data has been completed,<br />

is partially completed, and is not completed.<br />

5. The LRS shall provide COUNTY-specified Users with an easy method<br />

to access and complete any LRS Data that is partially or not<br />

completed.<br />

6. The LRS shall evaluate the intake LRS Data in order to determine if<br />

any conflicting information exists and alert COUNTY-specified Users<br />

for clarification.<br />

7. The LRS shall locally print a Statement <strong>of</strong> Facts, reflecting all<br />

information collected during the intake process, for the applicant to<br />

sign.<br />

8. The LRS shall locally print all other forms, notices, and Notices <strong>of</strong><br />

Action (NOAs), including those requiring the applicant’s signature,<br />

during the intake process.<br />

9. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to deny an application<br />

at any point in the intake process when the applicant decides he would<br />
