3. The LRS shall provide reports that can be viewed online and/or printed<br />
on demand for caseload trends by worker, unit, section, <strong>of</strong>fice,<br />
division, and department, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
4. The LRS shall provide reports that can be viewed on-line and/or be<br />
printed for notifying management <strong>of</strong> caseload backlogs by worker,<br />
unit, section, <strong>of</strong>fice, division, and department, as specified by<br />
COUNTY.<br />
5. The LRS shall provide reports that can be viewed online and/or be<br />
printed for notifying management <strong>of</strong> caseload backlogs by Service<br />
Provider(s) and Service Provider(s) location, as specified by<br />
COUNTY<br />
6. The LRS shall replicate the management reports that are produced by<br />
GEARS and GROW System, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
7. The LRS shall provide a work participation program and Cal-Learn<br />
summary report for a selected participant, to be printed on-demand<br />
that summarizes all <strong>of</strong> the participant’s work participation program<br />
and Cal-Learn activities and status (current and historical), as specified<br />
by the COUNTY.<br />
8. The LRS shall provide a self sufficiency summary report for a<br />
participant on-demand, as specified by COUNTY, including:<br />
a. Purpose <strong>of</strong> work participation program component and<br />
participation status;<br />
b. Work participation program components schedule;<br />
c. Supportive <strong>Services</strong>; and<br />
d. Specialized Supportive <strong>Services</strong>.<br />
9. The LRS shall provide summary report on component(s) participation,<br />
selected and/or sorted by work participation program component or<br />
Cal-Learn program component status, User, unit, section, and/or<br />
<strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
10. The LRS shall provide summary performance reports by <strong>Services</strong><br />
Providers including:<br />
a. Current number <strong>of</strong> participants;<br />
b. Summary by status participants;<br />
c. Historical completion rate; and<br />
d. Historical placement rate.<br />
