2.5.5 Verification.<br />
1. The LRS shall require new verification any time LRS Data is changed<br />
or added, as appropriate.<br />
2. The LRS shall keep a record <strong>of</strong> the historical LRS Data any time LRS<br />
Data is changed, including the historical verification.<br />
3. The LRS shall allow for the use <strong>of</strong> interim verification.<br />
4. The LRS shall allow for verifications that include both systemgenerated<br />
verifications and verifications entered by COUNTYspecified<br />
Users.<br />
5. The LRS shall maintain information on what LRS Data must be<br />
verified by external interfaces.<br />
6. The LRS shall include a program-specific table <strong>of</strong> acceptable<br />
verifications, including interim and permanent verifications.<br />
7. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to enter receipt <strong>of</strong><br />
LRS Data verification and the date the verification is received.<br />
8. The LRS shall control for missing, unverified, and/or interim<br />
verification.<br />
9. The LRS shall validate whether the type <strong>of</strong> verification entered is<br />
acceptable for each program individually or a combination there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
10. The LRS shall determine the status <strong>of</strong> the verification received,<br />
including whether the verification is valid or invalid.<br />
11. The LRS shall include a screen which displays all missing, unverified,<br />
and/or interim verification, with an easy pathway for COUNTYspecified<br />
Users to complete, once appropriate verification has been<br />
received.<br />
12. The LRS shall include the ability to display, by case, to COUNTYspecified<br />
Users, verification information, including verification type,<br />
date verification received, source <strong>of</strong> verification, and status <strong>of</strong><br />
verification.<br />
13. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to override and<br />
postpone verifications.<br />
14. The LRS shall share eligibility verification across programs, whenever<br />
possible.<br />
15. The LRS shall generate a list <strong>of</strong> required verification(s) by program<br />
that can be sent to the applicant/participant or printed online.<br />
16. The LRS shall produce and record requests for third party<br />
verification(s), as needed.<br />
