6. The LRS shall produce notices, NOAs, forms, letters, stuffers, and<br />
flyers, either generated by the LRS or initiated by COUNTY-specified<br />
Users, that may be sent to an applicant, participant, caregiver, sponsor,<br />
authorized representative, Vendor, landlord, and/or any other public or<br />
private individual or agency.<br />
7. The LRS shall identify case actions that require a notice, NOA, form,<br />
letter, stuffer, or flyer, and shall generate that appropriate notice,<br />
NOA, form, letter, stuffer, or flyer, using variable case-specific<br />
information.<br />
8. The LRS shall record the date, time, and means <strong>of</strong> delivery <strong>of</strong><br />
correspondence to an applicant, participant, caregiver, sponsor,<br />
authorized representative, or any other external entity.<br />
9. The LRS shall control for the timely notice <strong>of</strong> adverse action.<br />
10. The LRS shall include the ability to locally print a waiver and record<br />
that a waiver has been signed, waiving an applicant’s, participant’s,<br />
caregiver’s, sponsor’s, or authorized representative’s right to a timely<br />
NOA by program.<br />
11. The LRS shall generate notices and NOAs in accordance with<br />
COUNTY-specified case and individual trigger conditions.<br />
12. The LRS shall include the ability for COUNTY-specified Users to<br />
override any notice, NOA, form, letter, stuffer, or flyer, when<br />
necessary.<br />
13. The LRS shall include the ability to override the central notification<br />
process for Minor Consent cases.<br />
14. The LRS shall maintain a permanent record <strong>of</strong> any override and the<br />
User ID <strong>of</strong> any COUNTY-specified User who authorized the override.<br />
15. The LRS shall keep a copy <strong>of</strong> all historical notices, NOAs, forms,<br />
letters, stuffers, and flyers generated, for COUNTY-specified Users to<br />
view whenever necessary in both English and the threshold language,<br />
if utilized.<br />
16. The LRS shall provide summary reports <strong>of</strong> notices, NOAs, forms,<br />
letters, stuffers, and flyers generated, which can be sorted by case,<br />
program, notice type, file number, and worker.<br />
17. The LRS shall prevent the modification or deletion <strong>of</strong> correspondence<br />
that has already been mailed to the applicant, participant, caregiver,<br />
sponsor, or authorized representative.<br />
18. The LRS shall generate the appropriate NOAs to support the GR Pre-<br />
Termination Hearing process.<br />
