Early the next day, Mr. Mondal went to Domkal PS to lodge a written complaint against Tiarul
and Saihidul Islam. There, Officer In-charge Sri Primashish Chattaraj, SI Khudiram Babu and
SI Saokat Saikh claimed that the complaint was fake, used derogatory language and threatened
to arrest Mr. Mondal for creating unnecessary problems.
Within two days, the police called local Gram Panchayat Nurabul Islam and asked him to
resolve the matter before Tiarul and Saihidul and their guardians. Several days later, Nurabul
Islam spoke to the guardians. However, they refused to take any action against their sons.
