O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar três laudos periciais em reclamatórias
trabalhistas sobre horas extras para verificar qual a forma do trabalho do perito
para a realização dos cálculos de liquidação de sentença. Sendo esta uma
pesquisa documental e quantitativa, envolvendo a análise de reclamatórias
trabalhistas, inicialmente se analisaram os processos para se verificar o que
cada reclamante solicitou, e após analisou-se quais dados o perito utilizou
para fazer os cálculos. Com este estudo foi constatado que a maioria das
reclamatórias trabalhistas solicitam o pagamento de horas extras que não
são pagas de forma correta pelo seu empregador. Conclui-se que o trabalho
do perito importante para auxiliar o Juiz a definir o valor a ser pago para o
reclamante.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to examine three expert reports on labor
claims on overtime to see which way the work of the expert to carry out the
calculations for the settlement of the sentence. Since this is a documentary
research and quantitative, involving the analysis of labor claims, initially reviewed
the processes to verify that each claimant has requested, and after it
was analyzed what data the expert used to make the calculations. With this
study we found that the majority of the labor claims seeking overtime pay that
are not properly paid by their employer. We conclude that the important work
of the expert to assist the judge to set the amount to be paid to the claimant.
