Este estudo apresenta proposições sobre as mudanças de estrutura física no
setor administrativo da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Santa Cruz do Sul.
O problema central do estudo é verificar qual o impacto que essas mudanças,
ocorridas no final de 2008, causaram no setor em estudo. Nesse sentido, o
objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar esses impactos, utilizando a pesquisa
bibliográfica e a entrevista não-estruturada como métodos de investigação.
O desenvolvimento da pesquisa mostrou que as mudanças são necessárias
para manter o desenvolvimento dos procedimentos, visando à simplificação
das tarefas dos colaboradores da organização, objetivando a satisfação dos
mesmos e dos usuários do sistema.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents proposals on changes in physical structure in the administrative
sector of the Municipal Health Department of Santa Cruz do Sul
The central problem of the study is to assess what impact these changes
have occurred in late 2008, caused the sector under study. Accordingly, the
purpose of this study was to analyze these impacts, using the literature and
non-structured interviews as research methods. The development of the research
showed that changes are necessary to maintain the development of
procedures in order to simplify the tasks of the employees of the organization,
aiming their satisfaction and system users.
