PREDIKCIJA BUKE SAOBRAĆAJA, SA OSVRTOM NA NOVI SAVSKI MOST I
Rezime: Sve gušći saobraćajni tokovi uzrokovani povećanom mobilnošću i razvoj brzih železničkih pruga,
Abstract: All heavier traffic flows caused by increased mobility and the development of high-speed railway
lines, the increasing demands for protection of settlements in addition to traffic noise. The influence of noise
from the traffic must be provided even in the design phase and the construction, to many objective conditions
that adversely affecting, especially in men, as well as other social factors, to predict the time and if possible
eliminate. It is therefore very important addition to koridornih roads, objective quantification of the
problem, namely, predictive determine the general level of noise, to the time taken certain measures to
protect settlements.
In this context, the paper examined the structure of the noise of motor vehicles, classification and
methods of measuring noise of motor vehicles according to ECE Regulation 51, as well as presentation of
some mathematical models of noise generation depending on the type of vehicle. It also presents a change of
sound pressure of vehicles in motion a function of time and changes in energy balance measurement noise
regulations ECE 51st
Finally, the analysis of noise protection by placing acoustic panels, as well as view some of
derivative solutions in this regard.
