Rezime: Aktuelne promene u saobraćajnom sektoru prouzrokuju potrebu za stvaranjem
jedinstvenog i efikasnog saobraćajnog sistema. U cilju prilagođavanja promenama i budućim trendovima
na transportnom tržištu, neminovno je unapređenje železničkih usluga i promena poslovanja železničkih
kompanija. U uslovima ograničenih finansijskih, ljudskih i tehničkih resursa potrebno je izvršiti
rangiranje projekata za rehabilitaciju i modernizaciju železničke infrastrukture. U ovom radu prikazan je
značaj definisanja prioritetnih deonica železničkog koridora X kroz Srbiju, koji i pored velikog
potencijala nije dovoljno iskorišćen zbog svog lošeg stanja. Za dobijanje odgovarajućeg ranga alternativa
potrebno je izabrati adekvatne kriterijume i primeniti metode višekriterijumskog odlučivanja.

Abstract: Current changes in transport sector causes the need for making unique and efficient transport
system. With the aim to adapt changes and future trends at the transport market, the improvement of
railway services and changes of the company business are necessary. Considering limited financial,
labour and technical resources, it is useful to rank the rail infrastructure projects of rehabilitation and
modernization. The importance of the determining of the rail priority sections on Corridor X through
Serbia is presented in this paper, beside its huge potential it still has not been adequately used because its
bad condition. To obtain certain alternative rank, the criteria should be chosen and the multicriteria
decision making method applied.
