Rezime - Faktori kao što su povećanje obima saobraćaja, povišena osovinska opterećenja<br />

i veće brzine u saobraćaju doveli su do povećanja opterećenja šina, odnosno povećanja<br />

napona u šinama. Spajanje šina uzdužnim vezicama utiče na povećanje udarnih<br />

opterećenja točka pri prelazu preko zazora između dve šine. Zavarivanjem šina<br />

izbegavaju se takvi problemi i postiže se veća pouzdanost i sigurnost šina. Iako se<br />

kvalitet zavarenih spojeva šina poboljšava sa razvojem postupaka zavarivanja, greške u<br />

zavarenim spojevima šina još uvek predstavljaju izvor dodatnih troškova.<br />

Ovaj rad daje definicije zahteva za kvalitet aluminotermijskog postupka zavarivanja i<br />

zavarivača navedenih u novoj seriji EN 14739 standarda, primenljivih na tramvajske šine<br />

i šine konvencionalne železnice.<br />

Abstract - Factors like increasing train frequency, higher axle loads and higher train<br />

speeds have resulted in an increase of track loads and the associated stresses. Fishplated<br />

rail joints exhibit considerable impact forces when the wheel passes the gap of the joint.<br />

Continuous welded track avoids such weak ports, leading to a higher reliability and safety<br />

of the track. Although the performance of the welds improved with further developments<br />

of the welding process, defects in welds are still a large cost factor for the railways. This<br />

paper describes quality requirements for welding process and personnel from EN 14730<br />

series of standards.<br />

1. Uvod<br />

Nakon usvajanja standarda za železničke šine EN 13674-1 u 2003. godini, [1], u<br />

zemljema EU tokom 2006. godine usvojen je i standard EN 14811 (Railway applications<br />

- Track - Special purpose rail - Grooved and associated construction) za tramvajske šine,<br />

[2]. Usvajanjem standarda EN 14730 -1 (Railway applications - Track - Aluminothermic<br />

welding of rails - Part 1: Approval of welding processes) i EN 14732-2 (Railway<br />

applications - Track - Aluminothermic welding of rails - Part 2: Qualification of<br />
