Sažetak<br />

Upravljanje saobraćajem vozova je složen proces upravljanja resursima železničkog sistema. Informacioni sistem<br />

OPTIMUS razvijen je za OPTIMALNO UPRAVLJANJE ŽELEZNIČKIM SAOBRAĆAJEM. Koristi za prikupljanje i<br />

čuvanje svih relevantnih podataka koji utiču na planiranje i realizaciju saobraćaja i ujedno je ekspertski alat za<br />

planiranje, praćenje i regulisanje saobraćaja.<br />

Sistem OPTIMUS se sastoji zaokruženih funkcionalnih celina - informaciono procesnih podsistema (modula) koji prate i<br />

beleže postupke operativnih službi koje učestvuju u planiranju i izvršenju železničkog saobraćaja. Sve funkcinalne celine<br />

su organizovane kao lokalna mreža radnih stanica operativnog osoblja na datoj lokaciji i koje su osnovni i celovit alat<br />

zaposlenih pri izvršavanju svakodnevnih radnih zadataka. Funkcionalne celine su međusobno povezane pomoću LAN i<br />

WAN mreža. OPTIMUS se kao pomoć pri donošenju odluka može koristiti u tri nivoa menadžmenta: strateškom,<br />

taktičkom i operativnom.<br />

Abstract<br />

Railway management is a complex process of managing the resources of the railway system. OPTIMUS<br />

information system was developed for optimal managing of railway transport. It is used to collect and store all relevant<br />

information for the planning and realization of rail traffic and also as the tool for planning, monitoring and regulating<br />

railway traffic.<br />

OPTIMUS system consists of functional subsystems - information processing subsystems (modules) for monitor<br />

and storing procedures of departments involved in the process of planning and execution of rail transport. All the<br />

functional units are organized as local network of operational staff workstations in any location and that are essential<br />

and comprehensive tool employed in carrying out everyday tasks. The functional units are connected by LAN and WAN<br />

networks. OPTIMUS can be used to help decision-makers in the three management levels: strategic, tactical and<br />

operational level.<br />
