3.5 GROUNDING
A. For low-voltage wiring and cabling, comply with requirements in Division 26 Section
"Grounding and Bonding for Electrical Systems."
3.6 IDENTIFICATION
A. Comply with requirements for identification specified in Division 26 Section "Identification for
Electrical Systems."
3.7 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL
A. Perform tests and inspections.
B. Tests and Inspections:
1. Visually inspect cable placement, cable termination, grounding and bonding, and labeling
of all components.
2. Test cabling for DC loop resistance and shorts.
C. Document data for each measurement.
D. End-to-end cabling will be considered defective if it does not pass tests and inspections.
E. Prepare test and inspection reports.
