e. After hydrostatic test pressure has been applied for at least 10 minutes, examine
piping, joints, and connections for leakage. Eliminate leaks by tightening,
repairing, or replacing components, and repeat hydrostatic test until there are no
leaks.
f. Prepare written report of testing.
5. System Verification; perform the following tests and inspections:
a. Valve test.
b. Final tie-in test.
c. Operational pressure test.
d. Verify correct labeling of equipment and components.
6. Testing Certification: Certify that specified tests, inspections, and procedures have been
performed and certify report results. Include the following:
a. Inspections performed.
b. Test methods used.
c. Results of tests.
D. Remove and replace components that do not pass tests and inspections and retest as specified
above.
