Since 13-17hrs is called "tarde" I assume that is in Brasilia time 1600-
2000 UT. It's maddening the way some Brazilian SW DXers use UT but many
use local time without specifying which. (gh, dxld)
9820, possible R. 9 de Julho. 0000-0130 UT on 13 Sept. When Cuba left the
channel at 0000 UT, weak signal beneath became audible. Slowly
strengthened, but still weak when VOA came on at 0130 UT. Latin music,
some vocals. Man announcer between music, unable to be sure of language.
Woman speaking at 0106, possibly recorded. Peaked around 0100 UT.
