Voice of Russia broadcasts daily at 0445 UT a 15 minute program of Radio
Santec on 1323 only. During the afternoon there are three more ones,
embedded in the German service but probably removed from the separate feed
for the 630/693/1431/1575 transmitters, judging from this webpage. Will
have to check this out.

AIR Guwahati 4940 & 7280 off air ?
Jose Jacob informs that sw frequencies of AIR-Guwahati were noted off air.
Checked during local evening & early morning & 4940 was noted off air.
Gautam Sharma from Assam checked around 0236 UTC on 12th Sept & found AIR
Guwahati was absent on 4940 kHz. However AIR Guwahati was on the air
around that time on 729 kHz MW. On several occasions, he noticed that AIR
Guwahati remains absent via its both shortwave frequencies from time to
time. This is happening regularly now-a-days specially on 7280 kHz.
4940 noted back on air when I checked at 1500 UT. Spoke to the Asst. Stn
Engineer at txer site at around 1550 UT, he confirmed 7280 is still off
air due to txer problem.

Heute nachmittag von ca. 1630 UT bis zum s/off um 1744 UT war im 75 mb auf
3935 / 3933 eine indische Lokalstation zu hoeren. Das Signal sehr schwach,
der Drift des Senders innerhalb einer Stunde mehr als 2.7 kHz bis 3933.30
kHz. Um 1730 UT kamen die Nachrichten aus Delhi, von 1740-1744 UT noch
kurz lokale Musik und das war es dann.
