LAOS 4412.60 They are varying in frequency, which I believe is also
consistent for Sam Neua. Aug 21 heard on 4412.60, at 1205 with poor
reception and still // 6130. Yesterday's reception was much better.

continue in // right up to the BoH, but very hard to tell if they did give

4412.57 at 1227- UT, Sam Neua on Aug 27. Presumed logging with fair to
good reception with Lao talk, Not // to 6130 at this time. Marred
