SAUDI ARABIA For the long time again was heard the Second Prgr of BSKSA
on 9580 kHz // 9675 (here stronger but with "middle buzzy" 0350-0410. The
"13 m. b. Saudi Effect" was observed for the past 4-5 years in three
types, now only two, for example at 1100 UTC 21635 and 21740 with mixed
prgrs of fundamental 21670 in Indonesian and 21705 Main prgr in Ar, or
plus and minus 35 kHz (there is in another time a case with + /- 40 kHz.

15470 is empty at 1100 UT. But ARS BSKSA Riyad's English service is still
on 15250 kHz again, as registered at 1000-1230 UT in A-08.
Noted very hot western rap pop music til 1120 UT, after that a prominent
soap about Jackson pop family like in the YELLOW press. S=7 steady signal,

located on a hill immediately to the southeast of the town, and not at the
coordinates indicated. I visited Mbabane many times during the 60s and
