Hello from Hilversum, Nearly three weeks into the new broadcasting season,<br />

it's time to make a few adjustments to shortwave frequency schedule to<br />

improve reception of certain transmissions. The sunspot count is very low<br />

at the moment, and some transmissions are not performing as well as the<br />

computer calculations predicted they would. So please note the following:<br />

1. For English to Asia at 1400-1557 UT, Madagascar moves from 9890 to 9885<br />

kHz effective 19 April.<br />

2. Also for English to Asia at 1359-1557 UT, Dushanbe will move down to
