German domestic radio on 49 and 41 mb, like 6005, 6030, 6085, 6190, and
7265 kHz, never achieved channel/adjacent protection on ITU/HFCC
registrations in the past. ARD entries reached always the mark "only for
information" [represented by DWL FMO Mr. Scholz act, I guess].

Yes, in the past the HFCC entries for ARD and Deutschlandradio were done
"for info" by Deutsche Welle. Now 6085 and 6190 are registered together
with "Juelich 100 kW" on 6005 by Bundesnetzagentur, without the infamous
remark "for info". But does this mean that the BNetzA reps at the HFCC
conferences really try to keep other transmitter operators away from these
frequencies?
Btw, "FM" for Radio 700 means flea power of 50 milliwatts, cf.

Radio 700 from Germany is testing today on 6005 kHz. Heard from 1020 UTC
tune-in on 20th April with fair to good signal. Mix of German and English
pop.
Very interesting, its been a good, steady signal here all day and is still
coming in well (1520 UTC) despite the poor conditions. As you say
generally signals are much weaker than they should be today. I'm about 45
km west of London so probably less than 600 kms from Kall Krekel ?

pirate Anatolia, most nights a consistent presence on 1629 UT.
